The program will record the vibration amplitude, rpm, and phase, providing a baseline measurement of the existing imbalance.


Trial Weight Installation




Bring the rotor to a standstill and affix a trial weight at a predetermined point on the rotor, specifying its mass in the software (typically in grams).
Restart the rotor, and the software will record the changes in vibration level and phase angle.






Determining the Corrective Mass

Using the acquired measurements, the program automatically determines the required corrective weight's mass and angular position.
The results of the calculation are shown both numerically and visually through charts and graphs.





Attaching the Corrective Mass

Install the correction weight on the rotor according to the software's calculations.
Periodic checks can be performed to ensure the balancing procedure is effectively reducing the vibration.





Final Check and Balance Confirmation

With the compensating weight attached, operate the rotor and assess the level of any residual vibration.
The balancing procedure is finished if the remaining vibration is within the permissible limits specified in ISO 1940.
Should the vibration still be excessive, repeat the balancing steps, making further adjustments to the corrective weight as needed.


Report Generation

All balancing results are logged and archived within the software, from which you can produce a printable report summarizing the vibration levels, compensating weight, and its installation position.


Post-Balancing Checklist

Verify the secure attachment of all balancing weights and measurement sensors.
Check that the rotor's rotation is smooth and free from undue noise or vibration.
If the rotor is part of a complex mechanism, verify the proper interaction of all its components.


By implementing this method, you can effectively eliminate imbalance, reduce vibration levels, and increase the lifespan of the machinery.

Надо признать, что «Бест Вей» оказался в непростой ситуации. Читая статью, мне стало ясно, что речь идет о довольно сложной и запутанной истории. Конечно, всегда тяжело, когда дело касается финансовых преступлений, особенно когда люди вложили свои деньги и не могут их вернуть. В случае с кооперативом меня удивило, как многие люди не понимали, что они подписывают, какие обязательства на себя берут, и потом начинают обвинять организацию в том, что не знают, как их средства используются. Не хотелось бы верить, что все это было на самом деле мошенничеством, ведь в «Бест Вей» обещали возврат средств и поддержку. Но в любом случае все это оставляет больше вопросов, чем ответов.
